What We Do

86th Legislative Session

ATEMSP's initial legislative agenda will be released on February 8, 2019.  The legislative agenda is a collaborative effort between the ATEMSP Board of Directors, Texana Public Affairs, and various strategic partnerships.  

The final day for bill filing is March 8, 2019.  The legislative agenda will update as relevant bills are filed.

HB 41 - Rep. Metcalf - Relating to paid leave for a state employee who is a search and rescue volunteer.
HB 80 - Rep. Ortega - Relating to a study and report regarding shortages in certain health professions. [EMS Currently Not Included]
HB 354 - Rep. Herrero - Relating to exemption of certain firefighters and police officers from jury service. [EMS Currently Not Included]
